Shipping and Returns
Order Processing:
Orders will be processed within 3 days on weekdays (Monday to Friday) once payment has been received.
Please allow up to 7-10 business days for production, unless otherwise specified.
Shipping:
We offer FREE express shipping Australia wide via Aus Post.
International post occurs a flat $20 postage fee
A tracking number will be provided for your convenience to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Signature upon delivery is required for added security.
Please ensure that all shipping details provided are accurate and complete as we cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries or delays.
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, please note that unforeseen circumstances or external factors may cause delays.
We currently do not offer international shipping
Returns:
Due to the personalised and made-to-order nature of our jewellery, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order to initiate the return process.
We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect before proceeding with the return.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.
